These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Entrust (the "App"), a mobile application operated by Atreides Digital LLP (UEN: T26LL0643H), a limited liability partnership registered in Singapore with its registered office at 60 Paya Lebar Road, #06-28 Paya Lebar Square, Singapore 409051 ("we", "our", "us").
By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Entrust is a mobile application designed primarily for residents of Singapore who employ a domestic helper. It helps you:

Some features of the App require a paid subscription. Subscription prices, billing intervals, and feature inclusions are displayed in the App at the point of purchase.
All payments for subscriptions are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store (for iOS users) or Google Play (for Android users). We do not collect, process, or store your payment information. When you purchase a subscription:
All refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google, as applicable. We do not have the ability to issue refunds for subscriptions purchased through the App Stores. Apple and Google operate their own refund policies, which take precedence:
We may offer free trials of paid features. At the end of a free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the displayed rate unless you cancel before the trial ends. You will be notified before any conversion to a paid subscription.

The App provides reminders, calculations, and information features as a convenience only. The compliance reminders provided by the App — including Work Permit expiry, levy, rest day, salary payment, insurance, and bond renewal reminders — are tools to help you organise your obligations. They do not constitute legal, compliance, financial, or professional advice.
You remain solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including Ministry of Manpower (MOM) requirements concerning the employment of domestic helpers. You should independently verify all dates, deadlines, and compliance requirements directly with MOM or a qualified professional.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any reminder, calculation, or information provided by the App. The App may experience delays, outages, or errors. Push notifications may fail to deliver for reasons outside our control. Do not rely solely on the App for time-critical compliance.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App, including tasks, household rules, helper profiles, photos, and notes (collectively "Your Content").
By entering Your Content into the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the App to you and the authorised members of your household.
You represent and warrant that:
We may remove Your Content if we reasonably believe it violates these Terms or applicable law. We have no obligation to monitor Your Content.
The App, including all software, design, text, graphics, logos, the "Entrust" name and brand, and the underlying intellectual property, is owned by Atreides Digital LLP or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your personal household management purposes. You may not:
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time through the App settings or by emailing [email protected].
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if:
Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including liability limitations, indemnification, intellectual property, and governing law — will continue to apply.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atreides Digital LLP and its partners, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the App. This includes, without limitation:
Our total aggregate liability arising from or in connection with the App, regardless of the cause of action and whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you have paid to us through subscription fees in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim, or (b) SGD 100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atreides Digital LLP and its partners, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

We aim to make the App available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or factors outside our control.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the entire App at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where practicable, but we are not obligated to do so for changes required by law or to address security issues.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the App or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the App.
The App is designed primarily for users in Singapore. If you access the App from outside Singapore, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. We make no representation that the App is appropriate or available for use outside Singapore.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith discussion. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
